+EV = the offered odds exceed the de-vigged sharp (Pinnacle) fair price. Fair = the de-vigged fair odds + implied win%. Stake = quarter-Kelly, capped at 5% of bankroll (the sharp-bettor default, never full Kelly; not financial advice). We bar implausible edges (≥8% in a liquid market reads as a stale line, not value), hold longshots to a higher bar, and require more than one book to corroborate the line.
