1. Who we are

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the BetEdge platform at betedge.tips (the “Service”), operated by:

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator above, and “you” refers to the user of the Service. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Service

BetEdge is an information and analytics platform. We provide AI-assisted sports analytics and statistical predictions (“picks”), a public, transparent track record of past predictions, and premium features for paying subscribers.

BetEdge is not a bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling provider. We do not accept, place, or settle bets, and we do not handle gambling stakes or winnings. Our content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute betting, investment, financial, or legal advice.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any betting activity you choose to undertake is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• We make no guarantee of profit and no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any prediction. Past performance is never a guarantee of future results.

Gambling carries financial risk. Gambling can be addictive. Only stake what you can afford to lose, and see our responsible gambling resources for help and support.

3. Accounts

To access certain features you must register an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You confirm, when registering, that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

4. Subscriptions & billing

BetEdge offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and are charged in Euro (EUR). We offer both recurring monthly plans and one-time lifetime plans. The plans, their current prices, and what each plan includes are shown during checkout and on our pricing page.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then. Lifetime plans are charged once and are not recurring.

5. Cancellation & 14-day money-back guarantee

You may cancel a paid plan within 14 days of the initial subscription start date (or the lifetime purchase date) for a full refund of the most recent charge — no reason required, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at legal@betedge.tips from the email address associated with your BetEdge account, or use a clear written statement of your decision to withdraw. Refunds are processed within 14 days of our receipt of your request and are returned to the original payment method.

Where applicable consumer-protection law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal, this guarantee supplements — and does not limit — that right. For digital content activated immediately upon purchase, statutory withdrawal rights may lapse once you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right; our voluntary 14-day guarantee above nonetheless still applies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• scrape, harvest, resell, or systematically copy our picks, track record, or other content without our prior written consent;
• share, resell, or sublicense your account access, or attempt to circumvent paywalls, rate limits, or access controls;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its infrastructure, or other users’ accounts.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the picks, analytics, track-record data, text, design, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our predictions do not constitute betting, investment, or financial advice, and we accept no liability for any financial loss arising from your use of the Service or from any betting or gambling activity you choose to undertake.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or to legal requirements. The current version is always available on this page, with the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where required by law; your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and, where applicable, the European Union — the jurisdiction of the operator’s registered seat — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the operator’s seat.
